The Armour received its world première at The Langham, London in 2015.

Ben Ellis was the winner of The Langham 1865 Writer-in-Residence Award, launched to mark the 150th anniversary of Europe’s first grand hotel. This was Defibrillator’s second collaboration with the hotel following the success of Tennessee Williams’ The Hotel Plays.
